Role Overview:

We are looking for a highly experienced and results-driven Senior Sales Manager to convert qualified leads into successful customers. This is a pure closing role where all leads will be provided by the marketing and business development teams. The primary responsibility is to engage prospects, understand their requirements, present the right solution, negotiate commercial terms, and successfully close deals.

Key Responsibilities:

-Own and manage assigned qualified leads through the complete sales cycle.





-Contact prospects promptly and conduct discovery discussions to understand their business needs.

-Deliver compelling product demonstrations and solution presentations.

-Build trust and maintain robust relationships with decision-makers.

-Address customer objections and provide effective solutions.

-Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and contracts to maximize conversions.

-Close deals and consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

-Maintain accurate updates in the CRM regarding lead status, follow-ups, and forecasts.

-Coordinate with the Customer Success and Operations teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.

-Follow up consistently with prospects until a buying decision is reached.

-Provide market and customer feedback to internal teams to improve the sales process.
