We are seeking a Project Manager to oversee and coordinate projects from initiation to successful completion. Your primary responsibility will be to plan project activities, coordinate with internal teams and clients, monitor project progress, ensure timely delivery, maintain project documentation, manage project timelines, and ensure projects are completed within scope, budget, and deadlines while delivering a seamless client experience.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion of project activities.
Conduct regular project meetings and provide status updates to stakeholders.
Identify project risks, resolve issues, and implement effective solutions.
Maintain project documentation, reports, and project trackers.
Ensure projects are delivered within scope, timeline, and quality standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
Continuously improve project management processes and workflows.





Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in project management or project coordination.
Experience managing cross-functional teams and multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana, Trello, Jira, ClickUp, Monday.com, or similar platforms.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
Ability to work independently and manage deadlines in a remote workplace.
