Responsibilities :
Design Leadership: Create high-quality, concept-driven designs that exceed client expectations and elevate the firm’s reputation.
Project Delivery: Oversee the entire project lifecycle—from detailed drawings and technical specifications to final execution.
Team Management: Lead multi-disciplinary teams to produce comprehensive drawing packages,



setting explicit schedules and budgets.
Site Supervision: Conduct site visits to monitor progress, ensure safety standards, manage budgets, and resolve construction issues.
Client & Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients and teams, fostering open and transparent communication.

Qualifications :
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience in architecture and construction.
Technical Skills: Strong portfolio showcasing design flair across diverse projects, with proficiency in sketching, graphic illustration, and 3D modeling.
Soft Skills: Outstanding communication, decision-making, and time-management skills; ability to stay calm and analytical under pressure.
