Role Description The Social Media Content Creator will develop, produce, and publish engaging content across AGASHE’s social media platforms to showcase curated collections and in-store experiences. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning content calendars, creating photo and video content, writing captions and short-form copy, and collaborating with the in-store team to capture new arrivals, styling sessions, and events. The role also involves monitoring engagement, responding to comments or messages in a brand-consistent manner, and suggesting ideas to increase reach and follower interaction. This is a contract, on-site role based in Delhi, India,



requiring regular coordination with store staff and designers.
Qualifications
Solid skills in social media content creation, including photography, videography, and basic editing.
Ability to write transparent, engaging captions and short-form copy tailored to fashion-conscious audiences.
Experience managing social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and emerging channels relevant to fashion retail.
Understanding of fashion trends, styling, and visual merchandising to present collections effectively.
Comfort working on-site in a quick-paced retail environment and collaborating with designers and sales teams.
Ability to analyze social media performance metrics and adjust content strategies to improve engagement.
Strong organizational and time management skills to maintain consistent posting schedules.
Prior experience in fashion, retail, or lifestyle brands is preferred; a diploma or degree in communications, fashion, marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
