Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Production Planning & Control (PPC) Engineer to manage production planning, scheduling, and coordination to ensure timely delivery while maximising production efficiency. The ideal candidate should have experience in a brass manufacturing setting and possess strong planning and analytical skills.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly production plans.
Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Stores, Quality, and Dispatch departments.
Ensure timely availability of raw materials and components.
Track production progress and resolve planning-related issues.




Monitor work orders, machine utilization, and production capacity.
Maintain production schedules and delivery commitments.
Prepare production reports and MIS using MS Excel.
Control inventory and minimise production delays.
Continuously improve production planning processes and operational efficiency.
Required Qualification: BE Mechanical
Experience
2–5 years in Production Planning & Control (PPC)
Experience in the brass manufacturing or precision turned components industry will be preferred.
Required Skills
Robust knowledge of Production Planning & Control (PPC).
Production scheduling and capacity planning.
Material Requirement Planning (MRP).
Inventory and production monitoring.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/MRP software.
Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
