Candidate should be from General Insurance Background i.e Agency/Insurance Sales from an insurance company(PREFFERED) or an Insurance Broker.
• Develop current client relations through references and lead generation.
• Develop various sources of agent/POSP/dealer hiring and build a team of Agents/POSP.
• Work closely with Agents/dealer on planning and reviewing of activities and goals.
• Manage and track the leads and maintain on regular basis.
• Meet potential agents/POSP/dealer as in respective geographical assignments.
• Service the Existing agents/POSP/Dealer to drive sales growth Handle Customer Inquiries with a speedy and satisfactory resolution
• Coordinate for the smooth execution of the sales and operations process.
• Should know local agent / dealer network
• Achieve Monthly Sales Target Numbers.
• Should be a Highly Motivated Individual and should be able to drive Channel with ownership. Travelling can be frequent.
