Qualification: B.E/ B.Tech Electrical, E&TC;

Key Responsibilities:
• The Functional Architect is accountable for a technical functional architecture scope e.g. Brakes, HIB & air supply, Passengers access, HVAC.
• Responsible to take key technical decisions concerning Drive & brake control, Propulsion functional architecture.
• He should delegate responsibilities from the lead FA of the Product and call-offs of the product family.
• Product definition and performance for the selected functional features through a VCD (Vehicle Concept Definition).
• Consolidate, from Product Specifications and/or Technical Specifications, requirements allocated to his scope.
• Consolidate operational scenarios and operability requirements of his scope of functional features.
• Should have experience in Electrical Software design.
• Valuable knowledge of Vehicle Concept definition.
• Experience in Validating the train functional features.
