Skillsets:
Experience in Training/Coaching in in the wellness Industry
Public speaking ability in multiple languages (English & Hindi are must)
Willingness to travel Nationwide/ region.
Ability to work collaboratively and build positive/effective business partnerships
Ability to interact with all levels of management in a quick paced, high growth, changing workplace
Ability to work independently to prioritize and achieve results.
Experience in network Marketing / Pharmaceutical industry is preferred
Knowledge in nutrition science / Home Science / Certification in training – will be an added advantage
Must have outstanding interpersonal and communication skills (i.e.verbal, written, group presentation and through facilitation)Proficient in Basics in Word, Excel, PPT
Effective planning, organizational,
and time management skillsDuties & Responsibilities• Designs and deliver training sessions on company products and services, business practices, with demonstrations, on-the-job training, meetings, conferences, and workshops.
• Evaluate needs of company and plan Sales training programs accordingly.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute all Training programs, campaigns, and product promotions in a timely manner.
• Address all product related queries and concerns from the distributors/customers.
• Plan and prepare Training calendars and schedules ahead of time and responsible for timely conduct of the same.
• Coordinate with Sales, Marketing and Operations team on all product related requirements.
• Responsible for sales and performance of assigned regions.
