• Customer acquisition and retention in the city and surrounding areas for our range of commercial products related to Housekeeping, Hygiene, and Cleaning Material.
• Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs and promote products and services.
• Display and explain company products/services to potential clients to influence purchase.
• Influence the customer to download the company’s Mobile App. to place orders.
• Plan current/existing contacts for customer retention, penetration and proactively meeting customer's requirements/problem resolution.
• Coach and support current and existing Sales Associates to make effective presentations, carry out product demonstrations and sales promotion activities.
• Building and maintaining valuable working relationships with customers.
• Manage day to day activities for goal achievements.
• Should be able to generate the business as per target assigned by reporting authority.
• Support, motivate staff members to achieve individual and team targets.
• Detailing sales action plan to ensure that the target will be achieved on monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
• Assisting customers with complaints or inquiries related to products, services, or purchases
• Preparing weekly and monthly report
