Skills & Qualification:
? 1-3yrs of Sales experience & working with retail/ stockists
? Any Bachelors degree
? English & Kannada speaking is a must. Valuable to know- Hindi, Tamil

Job responsibility:
? Complete ownership of the Bangalore Territory to Establish and Grow the Brand through
Products and Services
? Appointing Stockists
? Achieving the Primary order Targets consistently in predominantly Gingelly oil Consumer
market segments
? Ensuring placement of company products in appropriate Retail outlets at an eye level /
vantage position
? Implementing Promotional offers, Collecting payments from Stockists with Claims on a
monthly basis
? Inspiring Stockist Sales boys
? Classifying Retail outlets* based on the potential, understanding the game plan of
Competitors
? Understanding Consumer behaviour and seasonal trends




? Monitoring the inventory and stock movement in stockists point and retail outlets to ensure
sufficient ‘stock availability’ & to avoid ‘expiry of stock’
? Reporting on a daily basis as per the MIS of the Organization, coordination with Head office,
Administration, Sales Support teams to achieve the targets together with ‘Team spirit’ and
‘Qualified Ethics’ to meet the expectations of the Management with an aspiration,
enhanced leadership qualities to build a Successful Career in the organization with long
lasting and healthy relationship.
