OBJECTIVE(S)

• KEY OBJECTIVES
o To close all tickets related to the sales and resolve and/or escalate it through a proper channel.
o Coordination with customers, maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and develop solid relationships.
o To increase the conversion of leads by influencing and providing satisfactory demo to the customer as per the requirement

KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS
• Researches and analyses all aspects of existing business practices and procedures.
• Coordinates testing of software updates/patches.
• Stay updated with product knowledge.
• Encourage/influence customers to extend and/or expand the use of our product.

SKILLS
• 2+ years’ experience in ERP support of advanced level financial accounting, inventory management software.
• Good knowledge of accounting.
• Work experience of minimum 2 years in freight forwarding sales/key accounts
• Robust communication skills
• Positive analytical, grasping, and problem-solving skills.
