JOB LOCATION
Andheri (East) around 10 to 15 mins of walking distance from Andheri East station and Metro

JOB DESCRIPTION/JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

*Making calls to understand whether there is requirement for particular product/services of our clients
*Would need to identify prospects from the database to pass to the sales team
*Maintaining call reports and recording discussion with the clients in the format specified




*Making polite conversation with customers/prospects on the phone
*Undertaking first/second level of research towards successful call results
*Understanding of IT industry as one has to call for software, hardware IT products, like desktop, workstation, printers, CADCAM software, Mailing Solutions, ERP, Security Products, e-Commerce products, Network products, etc.
*Work on B2B campaigns in the IT & ITES sector

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE/SKILLS

*Preferably a graduate from any stream/ undergraduate also welcome.
*Valuable English communication skills.
*Knowledge of excel must
*Prompt and quick turnaround capability.
*Smart and pleasing personality.
*A person ready to take on responsibilities at all times.
