Voice PROCESS ASSOCIATE/SENIOR PROCESS ASSOCIATE

We are hiring Experienced candidates for Voice Process for Gurgaon Location in Day Shift.
Requirement
? Candidates should have experience in outbound calling/ voice process.
? Strong knowledge of on-call sales principles, methods, practices, and techniques.
? Robust problem identification and objections resolution skills.
? Able to build and maintain lasting relationships with customers.
? Exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills.
? Excellent listening skills & quick learning and research skills.
? Should Have Valuable Convincing & Communication Skills.
? Eligible to resolve Queries of Customers.
? Previous experience in a customer support role & Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types.
? Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively.
? Candidates having excellent command over English & Hindi.
? Queries Handling and Ability to sustain a conversation on a positive note.

Responsibilities:-

? Attend customer queries.
? Inbound & Outbound voice calling through CRM software.
? Direct coordination with cross-functional team members.
? Communicate with customers to understand their requirements and need.




? Pitch offers to clients’ as per needs and capabilities & fix their meeting with the sales team.
? Direct prospects and leads to the sales team.
? Update the customer database in CRM.
? Capability to Convert leads into Sales Closures and book business revenue.
? Build and maintain solid long-lasting relationship with clients.
? Calling active and budding clients to encourage the purchase of real estate as per their needs.
? Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives projects to clients.
? Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
? Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone
? Candidate has to make cold calls as per available data and conduct regular follow - up and successfully close leads
? Responsible for business development through sales over phone calls.

Duration – Full time
Remuneration details- Annual CTC From 1.8Lac to 3.6Lac PA + Huge Incentives in Lakhs.
Experience- 1 to 3yrs (Min. 6mnth exp (BPO) inbound, outbound process candidates preferred
Qualification- Any graduate, Diploma, +2
