Interact with Designers to understand project requirements.

Collect Drawings & Production details from designers 24 hrs. before Kick Off to study.

Technically check drawings with respect to site condition and recommend changes.

Analyze drawings & transparent all projects related doubts with Designer.

Update site initial condition & feasibility to start work to Planner.

Assign the right resources for the project installation & ensure all carpenters/installers are well equipped with the safety tools & required materials to have accident free procedures at site.

Ensure all carpenters/installers are wearing uniforms, ID cards & follow office timings.

Ensure all materials are available at sites before assigning carpenters to execute the project.

Monitor installation work regularly & daily update it to all stakeholders.

In case of any deviations in measurement or changes by the client,



additional cost approval should be obtained Planning Team/ SIRI Head/ Ops Head. Further analysis with TL and SIRI Head.

Responsible for Maintenance of attendance at the site and control of absenteeism.

Adherence to System & Process from time to time.

Develop positive rapport with Customers & update work status simultaneously to both internal Team & Customers.

Interaction with the client for satisfactory project completion.

Handling the grievances of workers amicably jointly with Team Leader and SIRI Head.

Ensure that unused materials are returned to the stores/warehouse after Completion of the Project & update report to TL/Planner/Warehouse in charge.

After completion of the projects inform to Installation QC Team and post resolving all issues proceed to handover.
