Looking for experienced Salon Manager for Delhi NCR who is comfortable in travelling to different branches for staffing and reporting.

Sales planning for the month and ensuring revenue & profit targets are met.

Ensure that in store marketing and up selling activities are flawlessly executed and coordinated with all Managers and Technicians.

Set realistic yet challenging commercial targets in close coordination with management.





Actively work with a set of predefined KPIs to track and steer performance towards meeting and exceeding these targets.

Recruit, train, coach and develop a rapidly growing team of Salon Managers and technicians in all the stores.

Ensure that all stores are adequately staffed at all times with well-trained and motivated brand representatives.

Work with sales and marketing folks for future locations to setup recent stores.

Develop and implement a relevant set of Standard Operating Procedures and regularly follow-up on the effective adherence thereof.

Take on a leading role during and after the store launch phase, closely coordinating all deliverables and requirements with relevant teams.

Lead by example through displaying passion, high energy, a can-do-attitude in everything you do.
