We are looking for the post of Studio Manager. A candidate with a long-term commitment who is ready to serve the 9 months probation period followed by 2.5 years of looking period. (no legal bond).

Studio Manager is responsible for all In-Studio activities, people operations & process, Operations Support, Business Intelligence (social media handling) and Research & recognition in the studio.

People Operations-

Ø Take care of the digitization process which includes- Bandwidth, Work Log, Roadblock Mitigation and Throughputs

Ø Take care of all Hiring process as well as on-board people

Ø Talent Engagement through campus placements, screening & interview for Interns, Apprentices and experienced candidates

Ø Joining formalities for all newly joined people

Ø Logistics: Logistics finance, salary & reimbursements, logistics personnel and attendance & leaves

Ø Responsible for- Team Development, In-studio activities, moonshot & continued learning, LEAD sessions & EXPO

Ø Quality Call Out- Appreciation Log, Assessments, user testimonials, confirmation formalities, quality matric

Ø Documentation and filling for all people record





Operations Support-

Ø Logistics Projects

Ø Housekeeper review

Ø Maintenance

Ø Infrastructure Development

Business Intelligence-

Ø Social media networking

Ø Building cost sheet and deal with the cost management

Ø Assessment on Net Promotor Scale & Digitization

Ø Format information for internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, reports

Ø Impact assessment of various projects

Ø Developing a business development strategy

Research-

Ø Assist in research planning

Ø Create surveys and questionnaires and distribute them.

Ø Perform qualitative research. Primary data research and secondary data compilation

Ø Maintain, manage and document all research materials and data in appropriate databases

Recognition-

Ø Maintain the annual award list

Ø Participations in various design competitions and awards

Ø Filing of design & research publications, impact assessments

Ø Support on research papers

Ø Survey design
