Job Purpose
Ensure timely updation of pilot training records in system by ensuring documentation (hardcopy and e-record keeping) as per regulatory compliance supporting the airline's commitment to safety, compliance, and excellence in training.
Key Accountabilities
Training Report generation and data tracking for all training documents from CAE.
Ensure timely updation of training completion in the system to ensure valid pilot qualification in the system.
Ensure proper record keeping of pilots for their training records as per OMD guidelines.
Tracking of negative report of pilot documents as per Botminds and ensure completion of their respective records
Ensure handover of documents for pilot exiting company as per request raised by training admin.
Ensure that Botmind clearance accurately with CAE system updates for training documents.
Provide training records of pilot in any Internal,



DGCA and IOSA audit to ensure compliance as per regulations.
Maintain and ensure Hardcopies of training documents as per compliance for records prior to e-record keeping phase.
Provide evidence of any training/ qualification to management as and when required.
Address and resolve daily crew queries via the ServiceNow platform
Maintain SIM Training Trackers, ensuring accurate progress updates and coordination with stakeholders for on‑time completion of all training activities
Support the Day Ops team by addressing system‑updation queries/ alerts promptly to avoid potential flight disruptions.
Ensure timely closure of all data updation as per defined timeline.
Any other task assigned by reporting Manager, Head Technical Admin and Head of Training.
