Job Role:-

To identify and convert the opportunities for cross selling (banking product) on customer's call

Making outbound call to prospective clients, explain product and services for generating appointments for business development team

Ability to develop & maintain positive working relationship with client follow ups.

Generate leads/prospects over the phone.





Send mailers, maintain complete database & reports.

Candidate should have a positive attitude & should be goal oriented.

Candidate should have positive Communications & convincing skills.

Excellent conversational and customer service.

Job Requirements:

Graduate

Fresher/ Preferably 6month experience.

Excellent communication skills Verbal & Written

Valuable listening skills and robust communication abilities.

Shift Timing:- 9:30 am to 6:30 pm
