Role Overview
The Head of Growth will lead the strategic expansion of The Full Circle, driving market
penetration and revenue growth across key segments. This role requires a visionary
leader who combines strategic thinking with strong execution to identify prospects,
develop partnerships, and scale services across multiple geographies.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute strategic growth plans aligned with organizational
objectives.
• Drive business expansion across corporate wellness programs, POSH
compliance services, and university partnerships.
• Identify and build strategic alliances, partnerships, and distribution channels.
• Lead digital growth initiatives and leverage analytics to optimize go-to-market
strategies.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to design campaigns that increase brand
awareness and generate qualified leads.
• Establish and monitor KPIs to measure growth performance and revenue
outcomes.
• Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing business development and
partnerships team.




• Represent The Full Circle at industry conferences, events, and networking
forums to build market presence.
Required Skills & Competencies
• Strong expertise in strategic planning, business development, and revenue
growth.
• Proven track record of scaling services in B2B or institutional segments.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Solid analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision making.
• Ability to build partnerships and manage high-value enterprise clients.
• Understanding of corporate wellness, HR compliance, or EAP markets will be
an advantage.
Experience & Qualifications
• 10–15 years of experience in business growth, partnerships, or strategy roles.
• MBA or equivalent qualification preferred.
• Prior experience in wellness, HRTech, EdTech, consulting, or professional
services industries will be a plus.
