We provide salary as per Minimum wages under Semi Skilled category, enclosing state wise CTC format for your kind reference. We also provide Daily Allowance for Rout Based ‘RBT’ Hygiene Experts as they travel for delivery of services, we do not provide Daily Allowance to Onsite Hygiene Experts who are stationed at one location site.

We also provide incentive to RBT & Onsite Hygiene experts as per incentive policy vary as per the performance of Hygiene Experts between 1K to 3K, no incentive for below performers.

Please share your commercials for sourcing the Hygiene expert, Replacement on 90 days.

Hygiene Experts trait are as given below.

· Candidate should be presentable.

· Candidate should be able to read & write English.

· Candidate should be have Smart cell phone.

· Candidate should have owned two wheeler.

In addition to salary and daily allowance other advantages also provided viz.





· Hygiene Expert and his family including his dependent parents will be covered under ESIC medical insurance.

· Provident fund contribution will be provide in equal proportion with employees contribution.

· Covered under Group Mediclaim Insurance GMC of Rs. 1 Lakh, covering Employee, Spouse & two depending childrens.

· Covered under Group Accidental Insurance GPA of Rs. 3 Lakh.

· Covered under Group Term Life Insurance GTL of Rs. 3 Lakh.

· Eligible for yearly Statutory Bonus payment as per Payment of bonus Act.

· Eligible for Gratuity as per payment of gratuity act.

· Eligible for leave encashment at the time of separation.

· Eligible for leaves as per Shops & Establishment act.

· Uniform and shoes will be provide on half yearly basis.

· Personnel Protection Kit will be provided.

· Medical test will be conducted on Yearly basis.
