Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries via phone in different time zones
Provide qualified and positive responses to global clients
Adapt to working in rotational shifts,



including night shifts
Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Apply knowledge of customer service principles and practices

Requirements
Graduates or Master's degree holders
Excellent English communication skills
Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts
Ability to work in a rapid-paced workplace with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
