Job Description:
To get executed the process of batches (Solid & Liquid waste) strictly as per SOP.
To ensure planning of receipt, dispatch, additives, empty drums, bagging, activity, storage of finished
goods strictly as per the layout. Ensuring execution of daily plan in line with the recipes and job cards for ensuring quality of material produced.
To consume any residue, build up as per time frame by taking a separate batch on alternate day in old pit.
To check and verify all record and register in section. Get the shift report from shift in-charge on daily basis and submit production report on daily basis to plant head.
Ensuring complete compliance of SOPs in Solid section.
To review plant activities daily and submit daily report to Plant head on daily basis.
To ensure valuable housekeeping is maintained in all production and storage areas
To ensure adherence to all safety guidelines and carry out training of all operators/shift I/C and fabors
deputed in the section
To ensure "clean pathways" within the section.
To monitor the quality of product prepared and dispatch.
