• Responsible for Product Innovations and Product Ideations in their respective Domain.
• Should be capable of handling the Area covers State or its part with Team leaders and Field sales executive.
• Driven the sales plan for their team and with respect to area assigned ,should capable to manage sales.
• Responsible for Product Lifecycle from Concept to Deployment including ?ow charts, features, scripting, etc.
• Achieve the revenue plan within the prescribed cost guidelines by optimising the sourcing mix and pro?tability.
• Maintain Daily reports of a whole state and team with respect to assigned target.
• Responsible for the achievement of target set by company by managing all their TL’s & FSE’s performance.
• Take end-to-end ownership of the product line, identify market requirements, de?ne the product vision,

• Analysing and Verify placement of stocks as per the targets
• Ensure scheme communication and enrolment of respective retailer & FSE.
• Create preliminary design concepts and drive the implementation of the overall product roadmap.

• Capture product feedback from both consumers and retailers and share the same with Market intelligance.
• Meeting sales targets of multiple payments solutions such as QR code, EDC/card swipe machine, point of sales software and other ?nancial products

• Deployment of products and articulation of bene?ts & best practices at Base locations
• Improve Customer perception and product-wise market share, valuable understanding of technical and market feasibility of the product.
• Gathering consistent feedback from market for existing o?erings and insights on competitor moves as feedback for product enhancements
