• Install, test, and ensure proper functionality of new products.

• Develop process improvements to optimize equipment and material use, maximizing production.

• Identify unsafe operations and report them to the Manager.

• Establish safety procedures and environmental regulations for employees.

• Provide engineering support for production and maintenance to ensure maximum production efficiency.

• Perform maintenance tasks and offer customer support.

• Diagnose product issues and implement solutions for repairs.

• Write service reports after diagnostics.

• Respond to service requests and repair products as needed.

• Travel for in office service as required.

• Develop best practices to improve production capacity, quality, and reliability.

• Investigate problems, analyze root causes, and derive solutions.

• Completing tasks assigned by the reporting manager

Skills & Qualifications:





• Diploma/ITI in Mechanical Engineering, Fitter, Turner (mandatory)

• 1 year of experience or apprenticeship experience in a relevant field.

• south Indian language proficiency or at least valuable English communication skills for effective communication with South India-based clients.

• Ability to work flexible schedule and travel as needed

• Proficiency in MS Office

• Strong skills in equipment installation, repair, testing, and troubleshooting

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and diagnostic skills

• Good written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to make decisions under pressure

• Capable of meeting the physical demands of the role
