Position : Sr. Manager – Sales and Marketing – South Region

Salary budget : 12 - 13 LPA

Experience : 8 - 10 years

Location : Chennai

Qualification : BE with MBA

Function Department : Sales And Marketing

Skills and Behavioral Attributes:
To have a valuable knowledge on Proprietary Products preferably Heat Exchanges in the Tractor / Construction Equipment / Power Gen / Compressors segments.
Result driven individual with an ability to meet target deadlines by setting priorities right.
Strong acumen for sales with good negotiating skills and a passion for capturing new business in difficult situations.
Knowledge about manufacturing process and costing would be an added advantage.
Solid interpersonal skills maintaining a high degree of professionalism while working with clients, external and internal stake holders.





Job Dimensions
Current business development (Domestic and Exports ) - Identify , Pursue and Finalize.
Scan market (Data collection, analysis, and reporting), Gather market Intelligence about new/disruptive technologies.
Generate RFQ, check for suitability of Banco Products ( Cooling and Sealing ).
Coordinate with customers as well as internal stakeholders (CFT members).
Visit Customer to understand & coordinate the progress of new projects and competitor analysis
Review Letter of Intent, Contracts and suggest modifications / changes in lines with the business requirement.
Robust Customer Interface during samples, proto and PPAP submission.
