The Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) will undergo a structured training program designed to equip them with the necessary technical and skilled skills. The trainee will work under the supervision of senior staff and rotate across different departments to gain a holistic understanding of operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in day-to-day engineering tasks and project work.
Participate in training sessions related to process, safety, and equipment.
Learn and apply industry standards, company procedures, and policies.
Conduct data collection, analysis, and documentation.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support ongoing operations.
Monitor and report on project progress and suggest improvements.
Adhere to timelines, quality standards, and safety guidelines.
Develop technical documentation and SOPs as required.
