Job Description – Shipping & Logistics Executive

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive candidate for the role of Shipping & Logistics Executive at our Gurgaon office. The candidate will be responsible for handling export documentation, coordinating shipping and logistics activities, and ensuring compliance with Indian customs regulations for apparel exports. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, valuable computer knowledge, and practical experience in shipping and logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and manage export documentation including invoices, packing lists, shipping bills, and other customs-related documents.
Ensure compliance with Indian customs regulations and export procedures for apparel shipments.
Coordinate with freight forwarders, transporters, CHA agents, and internal departments for smooth shipment execution.
Track shipments and maintain accurate records of dispatches, delivery schedules, and logistics activities.
Handle documentation related to shipping, logistics, and export operations in a timely and accurate manner.
Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and logistics partners regarding shipment status and documentation requirements.




Maintain proper filing and documentation systems for export and logistics records.
Support day-to-day logistics operations and resolve shipment-related issues efficiently.
Use computer systems and MS Office applications effectively for reporting and documentation purposes.
Ensure timely completion of all operational and compliance-related activities.

Required Skills:
Robust knowledge of export documentation and customs procedures.
Working knowledge of shipping and logistics operations.
Good computer proficiency, especially in MS Office and Excel.
Solid communication skills in English and Hindi.
Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Positive coordination and problem-solving skills.

Qualification & Experience:
Minimum Qualification: B.Com
Relevant experience in Shipping & Logistics / Export Documentation preferred.
Experience in apparel export industry will be an added advantage.
