Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop interiors for hotels, resorts, lounges, restaurants, and luxury villas.
Collaborate with architects, project managers, and clients to finalize design concepts.
Select and source materials, furnishings, lighting, and décor with an emphasis on hospitality functionality and aesthetics.
Prepare detailed design presentations, 3D visuals, mood boards, and CAD drawings.
Coordinate with contractors/vendors during project execution to maintain quality and design integrity.
Ensure compliance with hospitality brand standards, fire & safety norms, and sustainability guidelines.

Skills Required:
Solid proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Photoshop.
Excellent understanding of spatial planning, color theory, and lighting in hospitality settings.
Portfolio of previous hospitality projects is a must.
Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
