Requirements• Minimum 1 year of experience in BPO / Customer Support / Voice Process
• Freshers are not eligible
• UG / Graduate / PG candidates can apply
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
• Comfortable working in rotational shifts, including night shifts
• Must be based in Kolkata and willing to work from the office
