Job Description:

A storekeeper, also known as a shopkeeper, is a person who owns or manages a store, or is responsible for managing the store's operations. They are responsible for tasks like stocking shelves, helping customers, and handling transactions, as well as managing inventory, receiving deliveries, and ensuring the smooth running of the store.

Key Responsibilities of a Storekeeper:
Inventory Management:
Tracking stock levels, organizing merchandise, and ensuring timely replenishment of goods.
Receiving and Dispatches:
Receiving deliveries, verifying them against purchase orders, and dispatches goods.
Stock Keeping:
Maintaining accurate records of inventory, including quantities, locations, and pricing.
Customer Service:
Assisting customers with queries, locating products, and handling returns or exchanges.
Store Operations:
Ensuring the store is clean, organized, and secure, maintaining the store layout, and supervising staff.
