have a need for a Windows System Engineer with extensive software tools and automation. The successful candidate will maintain the Data Center tool set and have a working knowledge of Data Center infrastructure operations.

Qualifications

Responsibilities
Collaborate with Project Managers and various global team members on approved IT projects.
Work with Global IT Team Members on day to day operational issues.
Develop ad - hoc scripts and utilities utilizing Power shell and Grafana to automate tasks.
Perform tool testing, validation, and documentation.
Respond to Help Desk tickets and automatic alerting systems.
Ability to be on a rotational On - call schedule.

Proficient with PowerShell, Grafana, and Python scripting, and automation skills.
Experience with ServiceNow or another Service Desk ticketing system.
Ability to work in a quick - paced workplace and collaborate with various Engineering, DBA, Network, and applications group team members.
