Job Description: 1. Regulatory Compliance
Ensure compliance with local, national, and international EHS regulations (e.g., Pollution Control Board, OSHA, Factory Act).
Maintain all required licenses, permits, and documentation.
Liaise with regulatory authorities and support audits/inspections.
Workplace Safety
Implement and monitor safety policies and procedures.
Conduct regular safety inspections, risk assessments, and hazard identification.
Ensure proper use of PPE across manufacturing, warehouse, and laboratory areas.
Environmental Management
Monitor air, water, and hazardous waste management systems.
Ensure proper handling, storage, and disposal of chemicals and pharmaceutical waste.
Manage ETP/STP operations and compliance reporting.
Training & Awareness
Conduct EHS induction and periodic safety training for employees and contractors.
Promote safety culture and awareness campaigns.
Incident Management
Investigate accidents, near-misses, and unsafe conditions.




Prepare reports and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain EHS records, SOPs, MSDS, and safety manuals.
Prepare monthly/quarterly EHS reports and KPI dashboards.
Emergency Preparedness
Develop and implement emergency response plans (fire, chemical spills, etc.).
Coordinate mock drills and ensure readiness of emergency equipment.
Sustainability Initiatives
Drive energy conservation, waste reduction, and green initiatives.
Support ESG and sustainability goals of the organization.
