Description

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer with 6–8 years of hands-on experience to design, develop, and support enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions. The role involves configuration, custom development, integrations, and platform optimization across core ServiceNow modules in a large, complex IT workplace.

Responsibilities
Design, configure, and develop ServiceNow solutions using out-of-the-box features and custom scripting.
Work on ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, WSD, CSM, or custom applications.
Develop and maintain workflows, business rules, client scripts, script includes, UI policies, catalogs, and flows.
Build and support integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and Integration Hub.
Support CMDB and Discovery, ensuring data accuracy and relationship integrity.
Participate in upgrades, patching, testing, and release management activities.
Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing platform support.
Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and cross-functional teams in Agile delivery models.





Follow platform best practices, security standards, and governance guidelines

Qualifications
Required Experience & Skills
6–8 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
Strong proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow Glide APIs.
Solid experience with ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge).
Experience with integrations and automation.
Working knowledge of CMDB concepts and ITIL processes.
Experience in enterprise or managed services environments preferred.

Certifications (Preferred)
ServiceNow CSA (Certified System Administrator) – Mandatory
CIS (ITSM / ITOM / ITAM) – Preferred
CAD (Certified Application Developer) – Good to have
