Responsibilities
Minimum 3 years of experience in mobile phone, handheld devices and sales and IT distribution, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role
Robust understanding of the Karnal / kurukshetra and the local retail and distribution landscape
In-depth knowledge of mobile phones, IT distribution, and related technology products.
Ability to analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to make data-driven decisions.
Must be willing to travel extensively.
Self-starter and self-motivated individual
Excellent influencing and communication skills
Well versed with MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
Achieve or exceed the sales plan according to Business Strategy.
Build, develop and maintain valuable customer relationships. Manage relationships to Company’s and customer’s mutual advantage
Search for, recognize, and act upon sales opportunities that contribute to Net Margin development and improvement according to the business strategy.




Manage first line response on technical inquiries from customers
Manage pricing to maximize margins while retaining wanted business
Anticipate commercial issues e.g. market news, competitive activity that impacts a delivery of the agreed plan, and recommend actions to enhance Company’s market position.
Maintain a close liaison with the Technical specialist to be fully aware of any ongoing technical issues which may affect the commercial situation.
Prepare reports on all visits to customers and present monthly reports to management, detailing selling efforts, customer relationships, competitive activity and strategies, customer service issues, etc. Any other duties, congruent with the accountabilities of this role
