Job Title: Salesforce Solution Lead (CRM & Delivery)Experience: 8+ yearsLocation: RemoteEmployment Type: Full-timeRole OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Salesforce Solution Lead who can drive end-to-end Salesforce delivery while acting as the technical and functional leader for our Salesforce practice. This role requires deep expertise across Salesforce products, solid solutioning capabilities, stakeholder management, and the ability to mentor engineering teams while ensuring successful project delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end Salesforce solution design and technical architecture, ensuring scalable, secure, and high-quality implementations.Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into effective Salesforce solutions.Provide technical leadership and mentorship to Developers, Business Analysts, QA Engineers, and Administrators.Drive solution estimation, sprint planning, architecture reviews, and delivery governance across Salesforce projects.Review Salesforce configurations, Apex, LWC, Flows, integrations, and deployment strategies to ensure quality and best practices.Establish and enforce Salesforce development standards,



security policies, and platform governance.Support pre-sales activities through solution design, technical estimations, and client presentations.Serve as the primary technical advisor for clients, managing technical discussions, risks, and project escalations.Drive continuous platform improvements by recommending best practices, recent Salesforce capabilities, and process optimizations.Coach and mentor team members through technical guidance, code reviews, and knowledge-sharing initiatives to build a high-performing Salesforce team.Required Skills & Experience8+ years of Salesforce experience.Solid expertise in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.Experience with Experience Cloud and Salesforce CPQ preferred.Hands-on knowledge of Apex, LWC, Flows, REST APIs, Integrations, and CI/CD.Understanding of Salesforce security model and governor limits.Experience leading distributed teams.Excellent communication and Agile delivery experience.CertificationsSalesforce AdministratorPlatform App BuilderPlatform Developer ISales Cloud ConsultantService Cloud ConsultantApplication Architect (Preferred)
