• Uploading content for the product catalogue and other components on the Nykaa websites.
• Work with various internal teams (e.g. Warehouse, CS, Brand and technology teams) to help drive tools and process dependencies that affect catalogue management workflows.
• Participating in the identification and correction of catalogue errors; investigating catalogue related complaints.
• Resolving problems that appear on the supply chain (warehouse) and help improve inventory management.
• Check accuracy / quality of content creation / population done by self.
• Creating individual reports regarding work received and work performed.
