About usKwanta Communications is a creative agency delivering brand, digital, and film work across multiple clients. This role owns the client relationship on a set of accounts and keeps the work moving between client and creative team.The roleYou will own the day-to-day relationship on your accounts, turning client requirements into clear briefs, coordinating designers, writers, and video, and making sure work ships on time. This is a hands-on delivery role rather than a revenue or sales one, with scope to grow into full account ownership as you prove yourself. Several of these accounts are social-led, so you will also plan and manage the social calendars that sit within them, working with the creative team to produce the content. It suits someone equally comfortable handling a client call and building a content plan. This role is fully remote.What you'll doAct as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts, from briefs to approvalsTranslate client requirements into transparent briefs for the creative teamCoordinate tasks, timelines, and approvals across design, video, and copyPlan and manage monthly social calendars for social-led accountsWork with the creative team to produce posts, reels, and stories, and schedule contentTrack performance and share straightforward,



useful reports with clientsKeep timelines, feedback, and follow-ups organised so nothing slipsWhat we're looking for2 to 4 years in client servicing, account management, or social media management, with an agency background strongly preferredConfident client communication that stays transparent and professional under pressureStrong organisation and follow-through across multiple accountsA working knowledge of Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube, and what performs on eachComfort with scheduling and analytics tools such as Meta Business Suite, and with trackers and spreadsheetsProficient in writing effective AI prompts for content ideas, captions, and reportingSelf-directed and reliable in a remote setupBonus pointsExperience with paid social and boosting campaignsBasic hands-on design or video editing (Canva, CapCut) for quick turnaroundsExperience developing or executing brand IPs, events, or content propertiesCopywriting ability for captions and short-form contentWhat you getEnd-to-end ownership of your accounts, both the relationship and the outputFully remote work with a direct line to the founderA clear growth path toward Account Manager as you take on more
