Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM Job Overview We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Business Development Executive cum Personal Assistant with an IT background. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, be comfortable using AI tools, and be capable of managing business development as well as executive support responsibilities. Key Responsibilities Research and identify potential clients through LinkedIn and other online platforms. Generate and qualify business leads. Manage the Director's email inbox, monitor communications, and draft qualified replies. Conduct online research and gather business information. Schedule meetings and coordinate follow-ups. Assist with business analysis and client communication. Utilize AI tools to improve research,



content creation, and productivity. Prepare reports, documentation, and presentations as required. Attend a weekly review meeting with the Director (Online or Face-to-Face). Required Skills IT background (Business Analyst, BDE, or related profile preferred) Excellent verbal and written English communication Qualified email writing skills Solid LinkedIn sourcing and networking experience Good internet research and analytical skills Knowledge of AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot, etc.) Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace Strong organizational and time management skills Candidate Requirements Female candidates preferred Ahmedabad candidates will be given preference. Must have a personal Laptop/System and a stable internet connection for Work From Home. Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work independently.
