Job Description:

About the Role:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor with 1 to 2 years of hands-on
experience in editing engaging video content. The ideal candidate should have a robust sense
of storytelling, pacing, and visual aesthetics, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced
content-driven setting.

Key Responsibilities:
● Edit and assemble raw footage into polished videos for digital platforms (social media,
ads, YouTube, websites, etc.).
● Create engaging short-form and long-form video content.
● Add music, sound effects, graphics, subtitles, and transitions to enhance visual
storytelling.
● Collaborate with the content, marketing, and design teams to understand project
requirements.
● Ensure brand consistency across all video outputs.
● Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines efficiently.
● Stay updated with the latest video trends, tools, and editing techniques.

Requirements:
● 1 to 2 years of skilled video editing experience.
● Proficiency in tools like Adobe Premiere Pro,



After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar
software.
● Basic understanding of motion graphics and colour grading.
● Robust sense of timing, storytelling, and visual composition.
● Knowledge of AI video tools or editing automation.
● Experience editing for social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Reels, Shorts, etc.)
is a plus.
● Ability to take feedback and iterate quickly.
● Strong attention to detail and time management skills.

Positive to Have:
● Basic motion graphics skills.
● Experience with audio editing and sound design.
● Familiarity with brand-led content or performance marketing videos.
