Senior specialist is responsible to manage the non-exempt & exempt pay for Target US Team with accuracy ensuring compliance with Federal and State requirements relating to payroll.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Daily activities in payroll:
Processing payroll checks with 100% accuracy and pay on time.
Working pay run audit reports and ensuring error/issues are fixed before paychecks are printed
Ensure awareness of all policies and compliance relating to US payroll and apply during the execution of daily work.
Support the team on Adhoc projects for yearend pay s.
Flexibility in handling different process and managing workload during system downtime and year end timelines.
Well equipped with yearend calendar, updates and process changes.
REPORTING/WORKING RELATIONSHIPS

Reporting to Manager and working closely with SME
Adaptable in working on different areas of payroll line example Tax, Garnishment, Pay run, Processing and Banking

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor degree in Accounting/Business /Human Resources
Proficiency on MS Excel
Attention to detail, accurate and skilled communicator
Flexibility to work extended hours
