Chartered Accountant / MBA with 2 to 5 years’ of experience in Finance or related field.
General computer skills with specific knowledge of Windows-based applications.
Solid analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and market research.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Prepared various report as required under IBC Prepared various statements & accounts like CIRP Cost Sheet Made financial and cash forecasting along with working capital Assessment.
Prepared Preliminary Report, Progress Report Admission and Verification of Claims.
Conduct thorough financial analysis and due diligence on potential acquisition targets, including financial statements, market trends, and valuation models.
Prepare detailed investment memos and presentations for senior management, outlining the key findings, recommendations, and financial impact of proposed acquisitions.
Assist in identifying and evaluating potential acquisition prospects that align with the company's growth strategy and investment criteria.
