Roles and Responsibilities
:Design, develop, and execute detailed test cases and test plans for applications, particularly focusing on Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) settings
.Perform automated testing using Playwright and Selenium to ensure robust and efficient test coverage
.Conduct performance and load testing using JMeter to identify bottlenecks and enhance system reliability
.Utilize Postman for API testing to validate backend services and integrations
.Collaborate closely with development teams, including D365 Developers, to understand requirements, troubleshoot defects, and ensure timely resolution
.Participate in requirement analysis, providing feedback on testability and quality aspects
.Execute manual testing where automation is not feasible, ensuring comprehensive validation of new features and bug fixes
.Monitor and report defects using bug tracking tools, ensuring transparent documentation and communication with stakeholders
.Maintain and enhance existing test automation frameworks to improve efficiency and effectiveness
.Stay current with industry best practices and emerging technologies in QA and testing tools to continuously improve testing processes

Qualification
s:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related fiel
d.3 to 6 years of proven experience in software quality assurance and testin
g.Hands-on experience with automated testing tools such as Playwright and Seleniu
m.Robust knowledge of performance testing using JMeter and API testing with Postma
n.Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) applications and understanding of its customization and workflow
s.Familiarity with defect tracking and test management tool
