This is a remote position.

The Business Systems Manager should become the operational architect of Regal’s business systems. This individual will ensure technology, AI, automation, people, and process evolve together as Regal scales. Success in this role will be measured not by the number of systems administered, but by the degree to which Regal becomes a simpler, faster, more intelligent, and more scalable organization.

Success Metrics

Within the first 12 months you will have:
Successfully modernized Regal’s operational systems.
Improved workflow efficiency across multiple departments.
Reduced manual operational work through AI and automation.

Requirements

Required Qualifications
5+ years in Business Systems, Operations Systems, RevOps, or Digital Transformation.
Experience implementing or managing CRM platforms.

Robust communication and documentation skills.
Excellent project management and organizational abilities.
