Conceptualize, design, and develop cutting-edge soft home furnishing products such as decorative cushions, bedspreads, curtains, throws, and table linen for export markets.

Create detailed CADs and design presentations using Adobe Photoshop and other computer-aided design tools.

Research and forecast international color, fabric, print, and market trends to develop commercially viable product collections.

Understand buyer requirements, themes, and specifications to create customized product designs and samples accordingly.

Coordinate with tailors, artisans, and production teams for sample development and execution of current product ideas.

Ensure timely completion of sampling, product development, and design approvals as per buyer deadlines.

Maintain high standards of creativity, quality, and attention to detail in all design and development activities.





Work closely with merchandising and production teams to ensure smooth communication and workflow.

Prepare design sheets, product specifications, and presentations for internal teams and buyers.

Use MS Office applications such as Excel, Word, and Outlook for documentation, reporting, and communication purposes.

Possess robust organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills with the ability to work proactively in a team environment.

Candidate should have a positive command of written and spoken English and preferably be based in Gurgaon.
