Sophus IT Solutions, Seattle WA based company is looking for US Technical Recruiter responsible for complete life cycle recruiting for our Chennai location. This includes initial candidate identification, screening, interview coordination, and negotiations. Solid communication skills and the ability to quickly develop relationships with candidates required.

As a recruiter, you will be responsible for placing qualified candidates for any/all open positions.
This entails the following:
• Develop and execute creative recruiting strategies to attract qualified professionals for Sophus open opportunities, using internal and external job boards, social media, networking events, cold calling, competitive analysis, etc.
• Preparing and presenting viable candidates to our clients based on detailed job descriptions.
Responsible for staffing open delivery, internal, and business development positions
Develop working relationships with hiring manager, program managers and other Sophus executives.




• Build a pipeline of candidates for future opportunities
• Conduct interviews and review applications
• Present job opportunities to qualified candidates and negotiate employment terms (salary)
Maintain excellent documentation in Applicant Tracking System and Understanding technology and current market trends

Required Experience:
• Work experience recruiting for technical IT positions, IT security positions, cleared positions, and high level consulting positions
• 4+ years qualified/related experience in Technical recruiting
• Must have knowledge with all tax terms like C2C, W2 and 1099
• Good knowledge and working experience with all Visa Types.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Robust problem solving abilities
• Technical Interview Set up using our Internal Tools (Video Interview)
• Candidate submission and Follow up
• Focus on Closure (ABC Rule : Always be Closing)
