We are having an urgent opening for the position of Service Engineer for a reputed company at the Chennai location.
Key Responsibilities:
traveling to the client's location to solve the software and electrical-related issues.
He will be responsible for the installation of gym equipment.
Attending Customers
Timely and professionally handle field service calls
responds to customer complaints, evaluates and resolves problems of the customer.
Perform hands-on in office troubleshooting, service and repairs
Create and maintain service information in the company enterprise database
Build positive relationship with customers
Candidates Profile:
1 – 3 year’s experience
Education desire: ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical and Electronics
Preferred Field- Fitness/ home Appliances, and consumer product
Can speak the local language.
