We are seeking an experienced Export Manager from the chemical industry to lead and manage international sales operations. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of export documentation, global compliance, chemical handling regulations, and international market development.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute export strategies to increase international sales of chemical products.
Manage relationships with international clients, agents, and distributors.
Handle complete export documentation, including LC, shipping instructions, and regulatory compliance.
Ensure adherence to international chemical safety, packaging, and transport guidelines (REACH, GHS, MSDS, etc.).
Identify recent markets and customers, and participate in global trade shows.
Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries.
Ensure compliance with export laws and regulations, including customs, DGFT, and foreign trade policies.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms with foreign buyers.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and price fluctuations in global markets.
Prepare monthly export sales reports and forecasts for management review.
