Key Responsibilities:
Web Design:
Designing and maintaining visually appealing websites that are user-friendly and responsive.
Collaborating with web developers to ensure designs are implemented correctly.
Graphic Design:
Creating engaging graphics for various marketing materials, including brochures, banners, advertisements, and presentations.
Developing cohesive branding materials that adhere to the company's visual identity guidelines.
UI/UX Design:
Improving user experience by designing intuitive interfaces and navigation logic.
Conducting usability testing and gathering feedback to make data-driven design decisions.
Digital Content Creation:
Producing multimedia content such as infographics, videos, and animations.




Optimizing content for web and social media platforms to enhance brand visibility.
Collaboration and Communication:
Working closely with marketing, content creators, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements.
Presenting design concepts and ideas effectively to internal teams and clients.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, or related field.
5+ years of proven experience in web and graphic design roles.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD).
Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design principles.
Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress, Drupal) and knowledge of SEO principles.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative setting.
Portfolio showcasing creative and innovative design solutions across web and graphic design projects.

Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with animation and video editing tools like After Effects (Basics).
Knowledge of UI/UX design principles and experience with prototyping tools (Sketch).
Understanding of print production processes and best practices.
