WFO - Mon to Fri - 9am to 6pm
7 to 10 years of experience
Reporting to our Tech Architect

Also for the process of Interview - Round 1 - Online Gmeet video call - 15 mins Round 2 - In office - Technical round - Round 3 - In office - CTO round -

Key Skills, Roles & Responsibilities:
Will build software using JAVA based frameworks (Hibernate, Spring Framework, ORM, Struts, JSP/Servlets) etc.
Will provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
Will conduct peer code reviews and deliver industrial strength modules.
Will be responsible for writing optimized JAVA codes & also maintain Junit based test scripts.
Will be responsible for optimizing the performance of the SQL queries
Should have a valuable understanding of JavaScript, HTML5 & CSS, ReactJS
Should have valuable communication skills to liaison with the various teams.




Will be responsible for delivering optimum quality deliveries which include - New product features/modules, Proof of Concept tracks, Fixing defects reported.
Will be the designated owner of product(s) and will drive a team of 8 - 10 developers.
Will actively participate in recruiting recent talent and grooming them technically.
Should have lead teams of size 7 - 10 developers in their current role.
Should exhibit leadership qualities,
This role will also have leading product tech conversations with the Sales / Presales team. Actively driving integration conversations.
Driving POCs to build new products / features / modules.
Driving technical upgrade initiatives and bringing in best practices in coding, testing and implementation.
