Project Republic is looking for a Co-Founder, and is open to conversations with early investors. Location: Delhi NCR.

We are building an off-price footwear brand — authentic products from leading global sportswear brands, sourced through surplus and overstock channels and sold at a fraction of market price. The margin structure works even at that price point, and the category is still largely unorganised in India.

I handle brand, content and distribution. I'm looking for someone to own the other half.

Role: Co-Founder

Type: Full time, equity-based. This is an unpaid founding role in the initial phase — compensation is ownership, not salary.

Location: Delhi NCR (in office)

What you should bring — depth in at least one:
Sourcing and vendor networks
Retail and inventory operations
Sales and commerce growth

I'm also open to speaking with early investors who understand retail or supply chain. If someone can do both, even better.
